Yes. Maintenance, income and reports all run from 1 April to 31 March.
Aadhaar and PAN are stored encrypted and shown masked. Every action is recorded with who did it and when, and each society's data is kept completely separate.
Nothing is ever deleted. A wrong entry is reversed with a reason and entered again, so your books always reconcile with the bank.
Yes. Each building can have its own maintenance rates, and larger plans support multiple societies in one account.
