Who We Are

Livified provides software that housing societies, co-operative societies and property trusts use to run their office, their security gate and a mobile app for their residents. In this policy, "we" means Livified and "you" means anyone whose information is handled through Livified or this website.

Information Societies Keep In Livified

A society uses Livified to keep records about its buildings, units, owners, tenants, staff, visitors and money. That information belongs to the society, which decides what to record and why. We process it on the society's behalf and only to provide the service.

This can include names, phone numbers, email addresses, identity documents such as Aadhaar or PAN, lease and payment details, and records of entry at the gate.

Information We Collect On This Website

When you ask for a demo, we collect the details you type into the form, such as your name, phone number, email address and society name, so that we can contact you.

We may also collect basic technical information, such as the pages visited and the type of browser, to keep the website working and secure.

How Information Is Protected

Identity numbers and phone numbers are stored encrypted and shown masked. Revealing a full number requires permission and is recorded.

Each society's data is kept separate from every other society's. Access is limited by role and every change is recorded in an audit trail.

Visitor identity checks keep only the type of document and its last four digits, and only with the visitor's consent.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run Livified, such as hosting and messaging providers, under obligations to protect it, or where the law requires us to.

How Long Information Is Kept

Societies decide how long their records are kept, within the law. Information from the demo form is kept for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up.

Your Choices

If your information is held by a society, please contact your society office first: they control those records. For anything else, including information sent through this website, contact us using the details below.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
