Identity Papers

Aadhaar, PAN and Phone Numbers Are Encrypted: Stored encrypted, and shown masked everywhere: XXXX XXXX 1234.
Revealing a Number Is a Recorded Act: Only staff whose role allows it can see a full number. Each reveal is logged with their name, and limited to 20 an hour.
No Permanent Links To Documents: A link to a KYC file is made fresh each time and expires, so it cannot be forwarded around.
Visitor IDs: the Last 4 Digits, Nothing More: With the visitor's consent, the guard keeps only the type of ID and its last 4 digits. Never the full number, never a photo of the card.

No Passwords To Steal: Everyone signs in with their phone number and a 6-digit code sent by WhatsApp or SMS.
Access By Role, Checked On the Server: Each person gets only the permissions their job needs. Hiding a button is not the protection; the server refuses the action.
Changes Take Effect At Once: Remove a permission and it is gone straight away, not at the next sign-in.
Residents See Only Their Own Flats: A neighbour's number in the directory is masked, revealing it is limited and recorded, and residents can hide their own.

Every Society's Data Is Separate: One society can never see another's records, or even learn that they exist.
Nothing Is Deleted: Records are archived, voided or reversed with a reason, so history can always be checked.
An Audit Trail That Only Grows: Who did what, and when, on every record. It cannot be edited, and it never stores a secret value.
Money That Adds Up: Every balance is the sum of its entries, kept to the paisa, and deposit money cannot be spent by mistake.
